By choosing to purchase audit defense, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
In the event of an audit, you are agreeing to provide both photographic and video evidence
as directed by DIY Cost Seg, LLC for the purpose of audit defense. If any changes are made to
the building or site after the cost segregation study has been purchased, you will document
the existing conditions, finishes, and other relevant details before the changes are made as
well as after the changes (with photos/videos). Failure to provide the required photo and video
evidence will render the audit defense null and void, no refunds will be issued under these
circumstances.
